| Introduction | I live in rural Ontario. I have long considered myself a writer, but the summer of 2014 I discovered encaustic painting. I've been lost in a magical world of beeswax and oil paint ever since. The natural world inspires and informs my art. Each painting is a dialogue with the world around me. Sometimes the painting is a question, sometimes an answer and sometimes the silence of listening. |
