| Introduction | Ms. Silva Blazquez, a Latvian pianist, is a graduate of Janis Ivanovs Music College and Jazeps Vitols Latvian State Music Conservatory ( The Latvian State Music Academy) where she majored in Piano Performance and Chamber Music. Ms. Blazquez was awarded a scholarship to attend Piano Performance Master Classes at The Liszt School of Music in Weimar, Germany. Ms. Blazquez has traveled as a soloist and accompanist to Russia, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania and USA. After moving to Virginia (1998), Ms. Silva Blazquez established her Piano Studio. Her students have been successful in many festivals, competitions and auditions. Ms. Silva's students have received awards and performed at the prestigious Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall many times. Ms. Silva Blazquez’ Piano Studio is located in Centreville, Virginia. |
