Introduction	Hello, My name is Doug Austin. I live in Lexington, NC and I am a single dad to a wonderful 12 year old daughter. She just started her 2nd year of Middle School this year. I think I have my work cut out for me already. I am attending the Masters Degree at ECU, this is my 5th class so far. It has been a great experience so far and I am looking forward to learning more in the classes to come. I have close to 19 years of employment with the state of North Carolina. I am the Director/ Supervisor of Technology at the Lexington City Schools. I take care of all the technology that comes in and out of the system. I also supervise the computer technicians, manage budgets, and created technology plans.
