Introduction Growing up, I was never in shape. I didn't play sports and I had bad, unhealthy habits. Halfway through college, I finally got moving. I haven't turned back since. I developed into a serious distance runner. After multiple overuse injuries, I discovered the benefits of effective cross-training. Now, I am faster, stronger and healthier. In recent years, I realized my true passion comes from helping others get fit. I teach group fitness classes, am a Fitness Consultant and Beachbody Coach. Both of these avenues give me the opportunity to do what I love.
