| Favorite movies | Monalisa Smile comes to mind. This story takes place in 1959 which I lived through as a child. No one in my family had ever graduated from college or university at that time. |
| Favorite music | Very eclectic mix. The recent PBS Country Music series has made me aware of what a big part country music has had in the background music of my life. |
| Favorite books | Right now a great favourite is A Gentleman in Moscow. |
