| Introduction | I trained as and aromatherapist back in 1996 having previously been a primary school teacher. Since then I have been involved with the health and well-being industry. Unfortunately, I am overweight which is not great publicity for my expertise. Not to mention terrible for my health. I am trying to lose around 5 stone (70 lbs) and to improve my overall fitness. |
