| Introduction | I live in the South East with my beautiful children. Originally from NY, I find myself miles away from "home" because we needed peace, safety and serenity in our lives. I love to write, moreso, I love to write about my "adventures" as a domestic violence victim. I believe with all my heart and soul that I've been put on this earth to help other women in similar situations. I know it sounds cliche but if I can help one woman, my job is done :o) I surround myself with beautiful people; my church, friends and family. I miss NY and my old life but I don't complain because I love the life I've made here with the kids. I'm a domestic violence survivor and also am in the fight of my life..either I'll win or cancer will. I'll never willingly let FAP defeat me. I struggle everyday with my health but I realize my struggles let me spend one more day with my babies..and I can't ask for anything more than that. |
