| Introduction | After working in several five star restaurants in Canada, Wales and Scotland, and after partnering with a man from the south of France I started to really develop a precise taste for food. There are thousands of restaurants in Toronto, and I've decided to post this - somewhat amateur - Food Critique (get it? Kinda a play on words...anyway...) blog. The purpose of this blog is to give middle class lovers of food an idea of what's really worth spending your money on in this city! This is just the pure and true of food, ladies and gents! |
