| Introduction | After a long (20 years) workout break since the last high school PE and the repeated doctor's warning of some health issues, I began to run around my neighborhood. About six black toenails and tens of blisters later, I became a marathoner and ultra runner. I became to love a calm satisfaction after a great long run as well as a triumph of breaking new personal record. I am willing to take some pains to taste them again and again. I want to run farther, faster, and more races... That's the adventure that I’d like to take gladly and to share with you on this blog. |
