| Introduction | Good day to you. As may may have already deduced, I love books, flowers, and libraries. I am Youth Services Library Associate at a public library and I love my job. Two of my favorite aspects are that I get to do storytimes for the little ones (read books, dance around like a crazy person, and sing children's songs) and trying to recommend books for kids and caregivers that I think they will both love. I have 13 houseplants, multiple other plants outside my door in containers, and a little vegetable/wildflower plot. I think flowers are beautiful, so I will probably share some of the images I capture of them. I normally have an audiobook going in my car, another one going on my phone to listen to around my apartment, and a paper book to read as well. That's not to mention the variety of picture books I bring home and the ones I read through at work so I can decide whether or not to use them in a program or so I know whether or not to recommend them to library patrons. Needless to say, I love books and I enjoy writing reviews on them, so I will probably share some of my book reviews on here as well. |
