Introduction	I work at Cambridge University in the MRC Epidemiology Unit, where I lead research on dietary public health. I'm interested in how we can get whole populations to eat more healthily. It's a big ask. But it's a worthy challenge and intellectually satisfying. In my spare time I like to be outdoors, be active, be creative and live life to the full.
