| Introduction | Have been in the field of real estate for the last 30 years. I have worked for many big firms, but then a few years back, I started off with my own house flipping business. After I went into the field and did the market research on my own, I saw quite alot of people struggling with some basic questions 'How to start?' 'Where to start?'
