Introduction	I'm a 36 year old father of 2 kids. I started running in April 2008. I have trained twice for the Country Music Marathon in Nashville, TN. During that training, I have injured myself twice. Now I just want to run and lose some weight and get back in shape. I'm looking to run a few 1/2 marathons and then maybe, just maybe, try for that 26.2 miles.
