| Introduction | Dennis Chong, a local art photographer has a story to tell – be it in front of or behind the shutters. Dennis is a later bloomer when it comes to photography. His exploration began as a passion in photographing portraits of friends and strangers a few years ago. Over a short period of time, the self-taught photographer progressed from portraitures to a wide range of photography such as product, food, travel, interior and artistic direction of conceptualized photo shoot. He feels that the essence of photography should be about humanity. The realities of what makes for a good photograph is an artistic and personal human touch, more so than of technicalities and rules of photography. Today, Dennis successfully helms Fotocology, a creative establishment that offers a wide range of professional photography and design services. Fotocology aspires to promote the concept of artistic photographic conceptualization, by adopting an artistic approach to its commercial and personal projects. |
