| Introduction | I'm a 30-something female living in Berkshire, England. Having spent the last 15 years on some kind of diet or another with varying degrees of success, I thought I'd try writing a blog and seeing if that helped me with my healthy eating. I'm not sponsored by anyone and noone in 'real life' knows I'm dong it as I don't want to have to prove myself to anyone. I just want to be happy with how I look when I look in the mirror.
