Introduction	I am a Wife, a Daughter, a Sister to my brother, an Aunt, and a friend. Fitness has always been a part of my life and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I lost my mom who was my best friend to a massive heart attack my Junior year of college it changed my life, and there will always be a missing part. I share this to say your health is important and life is short so live it to the fullest. I started this blog to share my passions, thoughts, and struggles. Nutrition has always been a major component in my life not always good which I wil share more about how I found the balance with food. My Yoga teacher training made me more present and aware on and off of the mat this blog is to share my journey of Yoga, CrossFit, Running, and nutrition. I look forward to sharing my stories both success and struggles. Come along with me.
