Associate Professor of Law, Faculty of Law, University of Tromso, Norway and ad interim professor of Comparative Law and Private International Law, Faculty of Law, University of Lapland, Rovaniemi, Finland (2008-2009). Author of From Assumptions to Risk Management [2000] which at that time was one of the first academic studies of the theoretical foundations of Contractual Risk Management from an interdisciplinary perspective.
