Introduction 20 years senior management experience working in learning/ organisational development within large complex organisations. Experience of setting up and running learning and development functions for 2 national charities, involving regular travel across the UK, and managing extremely challenging workloads. Committed to quality and best practice in all areas of work, balancing this with a very pragmatic approach to providing the client with bespoke solutions that work for them. A qualified teacher, trainer, ‘meta coach’, and master practitioner of neuro linguistic programming (NLP), having been trained as a trainer of NLP by John Grinder (the co-founder of NLP) along with Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll. Currently run my own business and am Lead Officer for Diversity for the Public Sector People Managers’ Association (PPMA). CIPD qualified, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management, and am committed to continuing personal and professional development, and hold a range of qualifications including an MSc in Training.
