Introduction	Shammara’s path to melding style with entrepreneurship was meant to be. From charging classmates a fee to type their term papers while still a high school student to dazzling observing eyes with her sophisticated and cutting-edge ensembles, business and style are and have always been her specialties. Among her many endeavors, Shammara incorporated personal shopping into her business repertoire after many style admirers began requesting her services. “I had been personal shopping for people for years only because they admired my personal style,” she says. “I didn't see anything special about it as I grew up mixing my Goodwill items with my hand-me-downs from the families my great-aunt kept house for. I actually found it amusing when people would compliment me during my younger days.” Shammara officially expanded her personal shopping business in May of 2012 with the grand opening of A Classy Closet Boutique in the heart of Homewood, AL. At the boutique, ladies of all sizes can find conservative articles to club wear. She listens to her customers and purchases things she knows they—and their wallets—will like.
