Introduction	Eight years ago I was given an amazing opportunity by Paul and Mary Fricke of Cookswares to teach a cooking class at their Springboro location. I never could have known how much that one opportunity would change my life.Since then I have taught dozens of classes in both the Settlers Walk and Harpers Point locations, opened a small catering business, and also work for the German knife company Wusthof as their Ohio service representitive. My love of cooking has afforded me so many wonderful and exciting experiences. I thank my Mom everyday for teaching me that cooking should be fun, if its stressful, go out to eat.
