| Introduction | 'Maybahay' means 'Housewife' or 'Homemaker' in Filipino. A hopeless dilettante, the only constant interest in my life has always been food until I started my own family. This is mostly a personal journal that chronicles the meals I lovingly make for my children, husband, family and friends. After taking a 14 month break, this Maybahay is now once again a corporate minion. Missing spending lots of time with the kids, cooking and visiting foodblogs but the posts will have to wait until the family is a bit more settled into our new routine. Hope to see you again soon. |
