I love the arts and craft movement for its clean lined furniture, earth tones textiles, glistening glass, and philosophy of living life simply and naturally as possible. |

| Favorite music | As far as I am concerned very little memorable music has been created in the past twenty years or so. I do love Vangelis, Tangerine Dream, Philip Glass, Kitaro, and all the British invasion bands. |
| Favorite books | I have so many books I've reread and reread. I love to read about real lives and how people confront the struggles they faced. Lately I've been drawn to books written by women who have lived in Darfur, Rwanda, and "under the veil". |
