| Introduction | Tanya is an emerging visual artist. She completed a Fine Arts Painting Certificate program through George Brown College in Toronto and is constantly pursuing art education with professional artists in Toronto. The artist participated in number of juried group exhibitions and art shows. Tanya belongs to Israeli Artists Group of Toronto and Etobicoke Art Group. Her favourite themes are non-objective painting and figurative abstraction. Living in a big city like Toronto, the artist is inspired by urban life style; and transforms her impressions into abstract works. She experiments with different media, including acrylic, watercolours, pastels and collage. Furthermore, Tanya uses other techniques, such as scrapping, stamping and pouring. |
