Kelly married Tami Christine Cagle on 8-7-93 at Odessa, Texas and they have six daughters: Kora Brianne, Aubrey Blair, Brynna Nicole, Hailey Christine,Lauryn Skylar and Ashlynn Faith. Mother of Tony Lee Smith, born on 6-20-76, at Tulia, Texas by Dr. Scarborough. Tony married Elena Petrovna on 7-1-00 at Odessa, Texas and they have one son, Nikita Antonovich, and one daughter, Anastasiya Antonovna.
