Introduction	I am a gluten, casein and soy free ADHD mom to two lovely girls who are the lights of my life. My girls are gluten, casein, egg, soy and peanut free. My chef crush is Rick Bayless and my movie star crush is Gary Oldman. The music I'm really digging right now is Departure Songs by Hammock.
Interests	Gluten-free baking and cooking, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, learning differences, gluten sensitivity, gluten intolerance, allergies.
Favorite movies	Movies: The Fifth Element, Stargate, Nightmare Before Christmas, Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, X-Men, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Matrix, Highlander, The Pirates of the Carribean movies, the Harry Potter movies, The Hobbit trilogy, and the Sherlock Holmes movies by Guy Ritchie. TV: Firefly, Dr. Who (specifically with Tom Baker, Christopher Eccleston and Matt Smith), The X Files and Sherlock.
Favorite music	I have eclectic music tastes...from baroque to jigs and reels to new age to grunge/post punk/alternative. Definitely not anything Broadway (although I always did sort of like Porgie and Bess).
Favorite books	Watership Down, The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, the Harry Potter series. Also works by Jack London, Edgar Allen Poe, Arthur Conan Doyle and Edward Rutherford.

If you were a pirate, how would you avoid laughing when saying 'poop deck'?

I'd make a terrible pirate. I'd laugh every time.
