Introduction	I was born and raised in South Texas, Eagle Pass. Graduated from high school from there in 1971. Then I served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam conflict. After the Army, I worked to get my three degrees that I hold. I received my Associate of Arts degree from Southwest Texas Junior College, my Bachelors degree from Texas State University, and my Masters degree from U of H at Clear Lake. My wife and I have two great sons and one wonderful granddaughter...
