| Introduction | These days I am doing what I love doing the most! Interacting with others on the learning interface... with the intent of bringing about Change, or Transformation. Very early in life I realised that I was born to be a teacher - but I did not wish to be the garden variety, that was conventional and bookish. I believe that we can never teach anyone. The learner has to take the critical step by "wanting to learn" and the trainer becomes the catalyst to the process - and Transformation takes place when the learner gains from the interaction by internalising and using the new information or skill in a productive way. |
