| Introduction | Hello! I'm Valerie and I'm glad you stopped by. Along this road of early motherhood we sometimes, well actually most of the time are ridden with feelings that we didn't always associate with being a mother. Guilt, anger and frustration all too often overtake the joy and cuddly feelings that we should be feeling in these fleeting years. But really? We are allowed to feel what we need to feel sometimes in order to be the best mothers that we can be. When it's 2 pm and you're still in your pj's with your teeth not brushed, starving and too busy to take a poop-- well, know that you are not alone! I'll be right here going through the same exact thing. I'm happily married to my best friend since 2006. We had our first son Ezra in 2010 and Adam just recently arrived in 2012. Let the fun begin! |
