| Introduction | We wanted to share our latest building experience with everyone out there. Ben and I are building our 4th house. Yes, we're crazy, I know. We decided to downsize from a 42sq two storey home. It was really a lifestyle decision as the large house and garden required so much of maintenance. We are a family of 5, including our 3 teenagers. We decided that a large single storey home on a smaller block of land would suit us better now as the kids spend very little time at home these days. Hope you enjoy following our journey.
