| Introduction | I'm the female component of this blog. My husband, Chris, is Turtle. When we were dating, it became a joke of sorts that I was like the Hare and he was the Tortoise in the Aesop's Fable. It's a long story, which you can read here. The "characters" truly do fit our personalities. Here on this blog, I write about everything and nothing. I love my home and taking care of it. Domestic pursuits can be fun, be they cooking, crafting, gardening, home improvements. You name it, I've probably tried it, or want to. Until November 2012, I worked full time out of the home in the publishing industry. I am now freelancing and trying to start my own social media/marketing business. I love books, too. Turtle and I are practicing Byzantine Catholics, which not many know about and even fewer understand. |
