Introduction	I am 40 years old this year. You know what they say...40 is the new 30. I'm hoping that is true. I am the wife of a wonderful husband for 17 years this January. I have 3 sons who are the light of my life. Ilove being a stay at home mom ! I love the Lord and strive to follow Jesus every day. He has blessed me so much. We live on 37 acres in the country. I love to cook and have incorporated healthy cooking for my family since I have been on this journey of weight loss and more important total health. I have lost 40 lbs and have kept it off for 4 years now !!
