Introduction	I have been a United Methodist pastor for almost 38 years. Since 2006, I have been a District Superintendent of the Easton District of the Peninsula-Delaware Annual Conference. Most of my posts come from my experience and lessons learned from my mistakes. I have lots of mistakes and therefore lots of material to write about.
