| Introduction | I LOVE SELLING LAFAYETTE LOUISIANA! I have spent over 30 years in the events industry, specifically focused on producing large city-wide tradeshows and conferences. I know how they work and what is needed for them to be successful. I have successfully managed large-scale trade shows for CMP Media, UP Media Group, and Messe Frankfurt North America, and served as CEO/Managing Director for NuernbergMesse North America where we broke records with increased revenues and profitability for the subsidiary. I have launched numerous trade shows and event management companies of my own, including the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center's Department of Trade Shows and Events after they acquired the International Disaster Conference and Expo from my company, Imago Trade Shows. Now I get to help my hometown of Lafayette develop our event infrastructure to attract some of the most amazing shows in the industry… shows that would LOVE being in Cajun Country and benefit from being here! I live in Lafayette, am married to my wife Jodi, have four kids, and two dogs (Bennett and Connick). I am also a former professional drummer. |
