Introduction	I completely love just about every food the Food Channel has on it. I can eat a full meal and get hungry all over again watching it. I guess I'm never going to get contact lenses. In October 2010 my "old maid" glasses failed to live up to their title, and he thinks I look pretty cute with them, so I'm not going to bother getting rid of them. I live in a desert, my mom wears the pants in the family, my brother's a single nerd, my baby sister is omniscient, my dad's an omniscient programmer, my extended family is crazy, and my bed is cozy. I've never been able to hang off the monkey bars on the playground... am I abnormal? I see other little kids doing it all the time. I admit it. I procrastinate until the homework squeals. I TOTALLY LOVE helping people. I'm a tutor. It's the funnest job EVER. I work with totally smart, capable adults who are intimidated by an overwhelming school setting after having not been in school for years. Being their confidante and the source of encouragement that they need to succeed is the most amazing feeling in the world. I totally rock at being me :)
Interests	Loving God, making fudge, singing randomly, painting my nails, being a dork, making lists, watching black-and-white movies, snorting while laughing, and cuddling with the man God graciously put in my life.
Favorite movies	I don't even know where to start. I like popcorn flicks -- movies with witty dialogue, minimal bad language, possibly romance, lots of action, maybe explosions, and definitely no preachy message at the end.
Favorite music	If it's catchy, not obnoxious, and contains a hummable melody, there's a pretty good chance I'll like it.
Favorite books	I haven't read in awhile. I like most of the classics. Modern authors don't usually hold any attraction for me -- once they get too philosophical or they don't make sense after two pages, I just stop.
