Introduction	I'm Addy, a guide dog in training, and I'm blogging about my year being trained and socialized by Ellie. She's responsible for teaching me 40+ commands and exposing me to as many different scenarios as possible! After training with Ellie, I'll head back to Southeastern Guide Dogs and be harnessed trained for 6 months before being matched with my forever person. Ellie is training and socializing me as part of her Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest award in Girl Scouting. She'll also be educating people about guide dogs and guide dogs in training. I'll be doing that too!
