| Introduction | Margaret (Maggie) is a RAB certified auditor for the ISO 9000 series standards. Maggie has achieved additional certification as a Certified Quality Auditor from the American Society of Quality. Maggie holds a Bachelors of Art’s Degree from the University of Findlay. She is a senior member of the American Society of Quality and serves as the Chairperson of the Quality Audit Focus Group – Toledo Chapter. She is a member of the R.A.B.Q.S.A.. She is a member of Owens Community College Quality Assurance Advisory Committee. Maggie has been a Quality Management consultant in the automotive industry. She is looked upon as a trusted, competent, accurate, and credible auditor.
