IntroductionEver since I was a small child, I have had this secret desire to own exactly 1 million Legos some day. But like not playing the lottery, I sort of never get around to actually buying any.

Maybe one day this dream will be fulfilled, and I could die a happy and complete man.

Hey, I just had a brainstorm- perhaps in a coffin made of legos! Bloody brilliant idea, if I say so indeed....But just my luck, I plan on being cremated, so looking for an unused Lego coffin, let me know.

I am/and have been a;
public radio producer, commercial radio co-host, rock, blues and jazz photographer, jazz club promoter, Audio/Visual Specialist, telephone prayer ministry associate, men's mythopoetic retreat facilitator, freelance photographer, sex-education video producer, flute and drum maker, jewelry maker, writer, cable television director, artistic paper maker,drum circle facilitator, spiritulity workshop teacher, homebrewer and an (extremely) liberal Minister.

And most importantly, I'm a mass of contradictions, and not easily defined, in career, or in life, hence my claim to the title of "Renaissance Dude."

InterestsCooking, Food, Homebrewing, Winemaking, Beer,History, Spirituality, Arts & Crafts, Semi Pro Hockey, Live Music, Writing, Museums, Art Fairs, History, Vintage 1800's Base Ball.
Favorite movies"Casablanca", "To Have and Have Not", "Key Largo", "The African Queen", "The Replacements"
Favorite musicMy musical tastes are eclectic (and somewhat obscure to say the least- that comes from having worked in one of the nation's premiere public radio stations- WDET in Detroit). I love live music- everything from the symphony to punk. I am partial though to singer songwriters, such as Leonard Cohen, Richard Shindell, and Cindy Alexander. I also love the smoky piano jazz/blues of Eva Cassidy and Diana Krall.
Favorite booksI gobble up books like some people eat chocolate- Fiction, Non-fiction, the back of cereal boxes (what is "polysorbiateactecolymene", anyway?), it doesn't matter. I am a big fan of vampire novels, contemporary fantasy, Harry Potter, 1920's hardboiled detective novels, really anything.
