| Introduction | I'm just an average girl who is lucky enough to have two wonderful men in her life: Michael, my husband of 3 years, and Samuel, my son who was born 4 months early. Each of us has a special God-given story: I had childhood cancer. Michael is a Zimbabwean citizen who came to the US for college. Samuel's story obviously revolves around his extreme prematurity. I love hot days, being outside, running, planning, eating, improving things, and blogging. I don't like licorice; the color pink; peanut butter; when people 'sugar coat' things, drive in the turning lane, or break rules. I'm a bit of a perfectionist so I never feel like I'm doing a great job at anything but I try my best at everything. |
