| Introduction | Ron and I think that being Grandparents is the best time we have ever had! Sydni and Kadin are both such easy children to love. We feel so fortunate to live so close & are able to watch them grow and develop. When we are all together, we feel complete. Ron and I love summer vacation because our kids are here every day. We absolutley hate watching them leave again when fall rolls around and a new school year begins. Having two adult children leave the nest has left us with only two teenagers at home, both of which now drive and (UGH!) began dating. While all these experiences bring us so much joy, the knowledge that we are only 1 and 2 years from being empty nesters is a realization that is hard to believe. We wish we could do it all over again, and remember to always stop and smell the roses, but thats where Grandkids come in... It truly is great to get to do all the spoiling and none of the correcting! |
