Introduction	Mexican Dance Ensemble was founded in November 2001. Our organization is a community based company composed of professional and talented dancers and musicians. Our commitment is to serve as a liaison of Mexican Culture. Because we express our talent at an artistic level of excellence, we are considered to be one of the most dynamic and talented avant-garde dance companies. In consequence, MDE has had the honor of performing on several important stages and international festivals on the United States. We have received achievement awards for the preservations of Mexican Culture and the Arts by various governmental departments from Mexico and the USA. In addition, our achievements have allowed us to extend our reach beyond our borders by permitting us to tour our repertoire throughout Europe in the summer of 2008 and 2010, United Arab Emirates, in January 2009 and most recently to Taiwan in 2010.
