| Introduction | Im a country fire cracker out to get my health back in check. Not only phyiscally, but mentally and spiritually as well. I have yo-yoed long enough and I'm ready for that "life style" change. It'll be my journey of learning to love myself for me, forgetting hurtful words of others, knowing im not the number on the scale, and preparing myself for my little bun in the oven. A journey of the ups, downs, and all arounds. It's a new year, a new me, and a new look on life. |
