Introduction	As a Christmas a gift a few years back my husband's grandma gave my husband Dan and I our 1st Cook's Country cookbook. Billie and Bob would frequently watch the Cook's Country TV show on PBS and they thought the cookbook and accompanying DVD of Season 1 it would be something we would enjoy. I am ashamed to admit that it sat on our shelf untouched for about 4 years. One day while we were cleaning out our DVD shelf getting ready to sell a bunch of our DVDs, we came across the cooking DVD and we decided to watch it. This is where our obsession with Cook's Country and America's Test Kitchen began. Dan and I have 2 boys ages 3 and 2 and we enjoy cooking, various outdoor activities and spending time with our families.
