Introduction	This blog is designed to equip church leaders on issues of communication. In churches, conflicts can run deeper, as they typically deal with issues close to the heart. Crises have greater impact depending on the number of people personally affected and the severity of the situation. Change can cause deeper issues of uncertainty, backlash, and fear within a church. What are problems such as these typically attested to? Communication. This is an area I am passionate about, especially as it relates to churches. I immersed myself in communication studies from 2006-2008, and somehow I came out with a master's degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. What I was able to learn from this program is something every church leader needs to know. I hope you enjoy this blog, I hope you read it a lot, but most importantly, I hope it has a positive impact on the development of your church.
