| Introduction | I'm a single 30 something living in Australia. In mid 2009 I was made redundant from my position of Branch Manager in the Recruitment Industry. It's been a huge year as I used my new spare time to travel, then to take on a much less stressful, lower level admin job close to home.... a huge change for me... So in a year of upheaval, it was bound to happen that I would also embark on a weight loss / fitness / health journey too! Aside from that, I am so lucky to have the most amazing people as friends. As a teenager I lived in the USA on exchange, and am still as close as ever with the friends and family I made there (nearly 20 years ago!). I like to think of myself as a loyal friend, a person with a good sense of humour, and the sort of person that can engage in good conversation!! |
