Introduction	Born in Queens in 1963, I've been a Met fan since 1962. My first memory of the Mets was in-vitro...the sound of my mother's gut erupting in ajada at the sight of yet another Met disaster. Skipping ahead eight years, we moved to Florida in 1971. Here, with a clean slate, was my chance to switch my team allegience...to the Yankees, Braves, Dodgers, Toledo Mud Hens...whatever. So what do I do? Stick with the Mets. I've been in therapy ever since. If you, too are inexplicably afflicted with Mets Fandom, welcome to the blog. If you are a fan of another team and are just visiting out of morbid curiosity, you too are welcome. If you are a Yankee fan, GO FUCK YOURSELF!
