| Introduction | Like a muggle, I have lived on the fringe of Harry Potter for years. My wife, Amy, and my daughters, Michelle, Kelly and Katie, know just about everything there is to know about the Harry Potter books and movies. I knew very little about the saga, but I accepted Katie's challenge in 2010 to read the series over the summer. I had just finished my first year as a journalism professor at Cedarville University, but real life slowed me down. So I am still working to finish the series, which might require just a little bit of magic. |
