Introduction A healthy lifestyle comes easily for some and is a great challenge for others. I was not always a healthy person. I grew up loving fast food, soda, and processed sweets and hated to exercise. In high school I made some changes and lost 25 pounds. Since then, diet and exercise have continued to be a journey for me. In recent years, I've taken an even greater interest in eating better and have kept up with exercise by training for different events, including a triathlon, half marathons, and stair climbs. I believe in making gradual changes to your life that you can stick with. I believe in eating healthy and exercising regularly, but also treating yourself from time to time. This blog is about me and my efforts to be healthy!
