| Introduction | Hello. It is way past time for me to start loving me. At 54 years, my life is full of wonderful family; parents, sister, sons and their wives, grandchildren and my best friend, my husband. All these people find me lovable! So...this is my attempt (again) to find a way to love me and care for me and only do things that are good for me. It is, I pray, my final attempt to come to terms with my relationship with....FOOD! It's time Karen! It's for You! But this Blog has also been a way to save things dear to my heart and so important in my life. Things to share, to hand down to my future grand babies.
