| Introduction | I'm originally from So.Calif. but now live in Wyoming. I've been married to my first husband for 49 years. I have two grown children and two grandchildren (who will feature heavily in my posts). I also have a dog 'Wally' aka Sir Wallace Woofstock. I'm vegetarian and have always been interested in nutrition and its effect on health. I'm a retired RN, I've worked lots of years as a labor and delivery nurse. I knew it was getting close to retirement when babies I'd helped deliver were coming in and having babies of their own. My interests are many and I'm inclined to think I'm a 'Jackie' of all trades and master of none. See my first post, "A New Adventure", to get more of an idea about my blog. |
