| Introduction | Sitting in a pool of sunlight on a comfy sofa, curled up with a good book and a glass of wine - one of life's simple pleasures! Here I intend to review and wax lyrical about my literary journeys. I love both reading and writing, and my favourite topics are Travel, Natural History and Wildlife, Poetry, Science-Fiction, Fantasy, Short Stories, Chick-Lit, Gardening, Cookery, Food Writing and simply good writing in general. The only books I don't care for so much are in the Horror genre, because I'm easily scared and don't like anything with sharp pointy teeth and a plot that invades my sleep. My two young children aged 3 and 6 love reading too, so I'm interested in reviewing quality children's reading material. I am part of Top That Publishing's review team and have reviewed books from Simon & Schuster, WHSmith and Octopus Books. If I manage to dig any gems out of our local bookshop myself, I'll happily chat about them too. If you would like me to review a book for you, please do contact me!
